Right now my favorite accordionista is none other than Rodney, with "Los Fantasmas" del Valle. but overall and legions in their own time are my two favorite, in my list tied for 1st. place would be Tony de La Rosa  and Angel Flores.

I can't just pick one. I named my little rescue Chihuahua mixx after El Parche, Esteban Jordan. Joel Guzman is awesomely versatile  and very approachable and friendly; AJ Castillo is great and part of the fresh blood of acordeonistas; Flaco Jimenez is legendary and I just love him; , oh and the Dancing Cowboy- Mingo Saldivar. And Bradley Jaye Williams of Los Pinkys is a multi-talented musician and lover of conjunto, and I gotta include Sunny Trujillo de Los Texas Wranglers.

my fav would be a tie between Oscar Hernnandez And Paulino Bernal as alltime favs, but still playing is Rodney from Los Fantasmas. I don't Play any Instuments so this is only what I like best. I see a lot of names that I think have a legit claim cause I have attended dances where they played and this is a your favorite question so there are no wrong answers.
