Jose Luis Chavez said… - Hey, Ron, thanks for wishing me a Happy Father's Day. Yes, I have two daughters, both teachers and my wife and I are alone. On the triplets there is a very good video on youtube by Alkanze Boys that shows this technique. That's where I learned how to do it. I'm not a fan of this technique personally because I think it really messes your bellows (hole) and eventually makes the bellows wobbly but many do like this. Check that video out on youtube. He (Alkanze) is excellent in explaining it and demonstrating it. There are others there two a guy name Cesar who has instructional videos on this too on youtube. Hope I could help. I use triplets very little.
